1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) kvip account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false names or identities are strictly prohibited. This restriction exists to prevent bonus abuse, maintain platform integrity, and ensure responsible gaming protections function properly. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through device fingerprinting, payment methods, IP addresses, or other verification means, all related accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kvip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password with any third party, and you agree to immediately notify kvip customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you remain liable for all transactions, bets, and deposits made through your account regardless of whether they were actually performed by you.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kvip operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement)

3.3 Account Inactivity

Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed permanently. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support and complete any required re-verification procedures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kvip accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank), and international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) where technically feasible. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using your own payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your kvip account balance within 2-10 minutes. Bank transfers may require 4-24 hours for processing. kvip does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges according to their fee schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing and Requirements

Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: 2-24 hours
• Bank Transfer: 24-72 hours
• Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 business days

Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is not fully verified, if suspicious activity is detected, or if you have active bonus wagering requirements. You must wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering policies. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of identity verification before funds are released.

4.4 Currency and Transaction Fees

All kvip account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kvip does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of ৳200 or 2% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is lower. 5. Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting General Rules

All sports bets placed on kvip are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market type selected. Minimum bet amount is ৳20. Maximum bet amounts and maximum potential winnings vary by sport, league, market type, and your account history. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet slip history, it cannot be canceled or modified unless the event is postponed, canceled, or otherwise voided according to our settlement rules.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting odds update dynamically based on match events and conditions. Due to slight transmission delays, there may be a 2-8 second lag between actual match events and odds updates on kvip. Bets placed during this delay period are valid unless the specific event being wagered on has already concluded. kvip reserves the right to void bets placed with obvious pricing errors or after an event outcome is already determined.

5.3 Bet Settlement and Results

Sports bets are settled based on official results provided by recognized sports governing bodies and our third-party data providers. Cricket bets settle based on ICC, BPL, IPL, and respective cricket board official results. Football bets settle per FIFA, AFC, and league official results. If official results are unavailable, kvip uses reputable sports data services. Settlement typically occurs within 15 minutes to 2 hours after event conclusion, though complex bets or events requiring official confirmation may take longer.

5.4 Casino Game Rules and RNG Certification

All kvip casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer protocols audited by independent testing agencies. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game's information section. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed providers. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Standard wagering requirement is 35x (thirty-five times) the bonus amount for casino bonuses and 8x (eight times) the bonus amount for sports betting free bets. Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements. Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games 10%. 6.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

If we discover an account was opened by a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed, all transactions voided, and funds returned to the deposit source where possible. 7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

Accounts found in violation will have all winnings voided and balances forfeited. In cases of fraud or criminal activity, kvip will pursue full legal remedies including civil and criminal prosecution.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content on kvip.io including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the platform is the exclusive property of kvip or our content licensors and is protected by Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The kvip name, logo, and all related product and service names are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use kvip solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our platform except as necessary for your personal use. Unauthorized use of kvip content may constitute copyright infringement and result in civil and criminal penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While kvip strives for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kvip is not liable for service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical malfunctions affecting bet placement or game outcomes, kvip's maximum liability is limited to refunding affected stakes.

10.2 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kvip's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ৳50,000 (fifty thousand Bangladeshi Taka), whichever is lower.

10.3 Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

kvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if kvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of kvip's service, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through this internal process. If the dispute involves account closure, funds confiscation, or bonus forfeiture, our decision will be considered final unless you invoke formal dispute resolution procedures.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using kvip, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kvip.

12. Amendments and Communication

12.1 Right to Modify Terms

kvip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify users via email or platform notification. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be highlighted with at least seven (7) days notice before becoming effective. Your continued use of kvip after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important messages regarding account security, verification requests, withdrawal confirmations, and policy updates will be sent via email. kvip is not responsible if you fail to receive communications due to email filtering, spam settings, or failure to update your contact information.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
